The hidden side of politics

FBI agent removed from Russia probe oversaw Flynn interviews, changed Comey’s description of Clinton email case.

Peter Strzok, the top FBI agent removed from Robert Mueller’s probe of Russian influence in the 2016 presidential election for sending anti-Trump tweets, also oversaw General Flynn’s interviews with the bureau. Flynn plead guilty last Friday to charges that he lied to the FBI about reaching out to Russian officials during the 2016 presidential election.

It has also been revealed that Strzok changed the wording of former FBI director James Comey’s description of Clinton’s actions regarding her mishandling of classified information. Strzok changed the wording from ‘grossly negligent’ to ‘extremely careless.’

The change in wording is significant because ‘grossly negligent’ handling of classified government information calls for criminal charges against the individual(s) involved.
